Well, you’ll need to say something of course, but probably less than you think. You see, 90% of communication is done without saying a word. Body language is very powerful! With no spoken words, massive feelings can be conveyed in a single glance.
My son has this down to a T; whenever someone says something he thinks is disrespectful or downright stupid, he’ll just stand there, say absolutely nothing, but the look on his face says it all: a cool and confident what-the-hell kind of look that makes the other person think twice about what they just said. I witnessed this many times over, and it is just beautiful to see.
Interpretation of body language, especially eyes and facial expressions, is instinctive, but with a little knowledge and practice we can significantly increase our awareness of these signals: both the signals we transmit, and the signals from others. Doing so gives us a significant advantage in life – professionally and personally; we become better able to refine and improve what our body says about us, which enhances what we can achieve.
Imagine what this skill can do for your sales performance, your networking and your relationships!

Of course this is just the tip of the iceberg of all that you can do to get your point across but it’s an excellent place to start. Do this and you’ll see results for sure.
